30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on individual swing analyses and any subscription plan. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original payment date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund in any of the following ways:
- Visit paddle.net and search for your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Email us at info@mindedmotion.nl with your order ID or the email address used at checkout, and we will help you through the process.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The funds are typically credited within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions
If you cancel a subscription, you will keep access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period. If your cancellation falls within the 30-day money-back window, you can request a full refund of the most recent payment. After 30 days, future renewals can be canceled at any time but past payments are not refundable except where required by law.
Expert reviews
Expert reviews involve manual work by a qualified golf professional. Once an expert has started working on your video, partial refunds may apply at our discretion. The 30-day money-back guarantee continues to apply if the expert review has not yet been started or if the result is materially defective.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country, including any applicable right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
